Photo of the Month - April 1997

Eleanor Whitehead has sent in this photo which is timely as we all look forwards to summer camp.

During summer camp 1995 the scouts from Lochaber Area went away for a night to stay in a local scout hall and left their campsite by a local loch. On their return in the morning they were a bit suprised to find that the water in the loch had risen so much in the night due to heavy rain.
Luckily this was the last night of the camp anyway!
The people on the photo from left to right are : Alistair Whitehead (GSL), Leo (SL's dog), Tim (Scout) and Paul (Scout).
