Graham Holland (of ScoutNet UK joined up with Scouts from Chicago's Three Fires Council, Illinois, USA for Operation Icicle at Camp Freeland Leslie, Oxford, Wisconsin. This took place December 26th 1998 to January 1st 1999.
A willing victim (Graham Holland - ScoutNet UK) recovers after being successfully rescued from the ice by the Super Stealth Snowmen Patrol (Patrol yell: "Eat snow and DIE!!!").
